Period 1 (Story time)

教学目标:

1. 学生能听懂、会说、会读单词及词组:call, Bund, Shanghai Museum, star , Palace Museum, Summer Palace, Tian’an men Square.

2. 学生能初步听懂并且会读、会运用句型:What did you / he do for the holiday?I / He …Did you / …? Yes, I / he did. / No, I / he didn’t.

3.学生能初步理解本篇对话并能谈论各自过去做过的事情。

教学重点:

学生能初步听懂并且会读、会运用句型:What did you / he do for the holiday?I / He …Did you / …? Yes, I / he did. / No, I / he didn’t.

教学难点:

1.单词Museum, Palace Museum, Tian’an men Square 的读音。

2.部分动词过去式的读音:saw,visited,ate,caught.

Step 1 Warmming up

1. Greeting

2. Free talk

T: Hi, I have lots of hobbies, I like reading, fishing,listening to music, watching films. What’s your hobby?

S1: I like watching TV.

S2: I like watching TV, reading books.

S3: I like playing games.

T: Oh, we all have many hobbes. I like travelling and taking photos, Look, here are some photos, (PPT出现在草原照片)I took them in this summer holiday. I had a wonderful holiday! Guess, where was I this summer holiday? In Beijing or in Inner Mongolia(内蒙古)?

Ss: You were in Inner Mongolia(内蒙古)

S2: You rode a horse. T: No, I didn’t. I rode a camel骆驼

S3 : You went fishing T: No, I didn’t. there weren’t any rivers there.

T: Where were you this summer holiday?(PPT出示句型)

S:I was in Shang hai.

T: What did you do there? (PPT出示句型) Now let me guess.Did you watch a film? (PPT出示句型)

S : No, I / he didn’t

T: Did you go to a park?

S : Yes, I / he did.

(和3-4个同学交流后,转由学生两两之间问答,再转由全体同学同桌互问互答)

Step 2 Presentation

1.课文导入

T: Just now, we talked about this summer holiday. Now, let’s listen to Mike and liutao. They are talking about their holiday. Listen carefully, then answer the questions.

Q1: Where does Liu Tao’s aunt live?

Q2: Where did Liu Tao go?

Q3: Where did Mike go for the holiday?

Q4: Did Mike catch a big fish?

Q5: Where was the fish?

1)Ss read the questions.

2)Ss listen to the tape twice.

3)Ss answer the questions.

2. Show the students pictures and learn the new words.

3. 课文解读
